Alex Covo

Finding your vision is one the most daunting challenges for any artist. For a photographer, defining that vision is almost as difficult as believe in it. This is even more evident in the world of fashion photography, where EVERYONE you meet is a self proclaimed expert.

Join Alex Covo as he discusses his quest to create his own voice in the world of fashion photography. From assisting, agency testing and shooting fashion editorials, to landing his first commercial assignment, Alex will share a first hand account of what it takes to make it happen. Come and enjoy a visual journey of the random beautiful things that he’s encountered along the way.

“Alex Covo is a New York-based photographer and motion artist whose photography captures the gorgeous and gritty in sharp co-habitation. His black and white photography is particularly stunning, and his subject matter constitutes some of the more lovely sides of the city–grit, texture, decay and sex. The emotional energy in his work is almost tangible, setting it aside from more editorially-focused erotic work.” – Juxtapoz Magazine
