Hear from esteemed panelists as they share personal stories and insights into the role of creativity in navigating mental health and caregiving challenges:
Anna & Jordan Rathkopf: Award-winning photography duo and authors of HER2: The Diagnosed, The Caregiver and Their Son, the Rathkopfs’ work reveals the raw emotional connections found in resilience and caregiving. They recently received the 2024 Photographic Achievement Award from the United Nations’ International Photographic Council.
Andrew Scrivani: Renowned photographer, director, and visual storytelling coach, Andrew’s diverse work spans editorial, advertising, and documentary, inspiring change through his human-centered approach to storytelling.
Eva Woolridge: Award-winning photojournalist known for her powerful visual narratives on racial identity, trauma, and healing, Eva brings a unique perspective on resilience within the creative process.
Kiran Karnani: As VP of Global Marketing for Harlowe and founder of the Leica Women Foto Project, Kiran has championed diversity in visual storytelling, using her platform to amplify underrepresented voices.
Moderator: Travis Keyes, APA President and NYC-based photographer, will guide the evening’s discussion. Known for his expertise in emotive storytelling, Travis brings insight into the vital role of mental health in the creative field.
