Have you wondered how to find the right place in the fine art world for you and your work? Ever asked yourself why some photographs are considered fine art and sell for tens of thousands of dollars while others are not exhibited at all?

Creating and properly marketing a body of fine art work can be instrumental in developing multiple revenue streams to support your business while at the same time keeping your vision fresh and alive.

What is a fine art photograph? What is the correct market for your fine art work and how do you reach that market? How should you present your work to galleries, and create marketing materials and a Web site? What do galleries expect? What is the role of social media? Are there alternatives to art galleries? Is book publishing a real option?

Join APA-NY and Soho Photo Gallery for an in person presentation and book signing with Thomas Werner the author of the new book The Business of Fine Art Photography.
