For this unique experience, our Dawn through Sunrise and beyond Photo Walk with William King and Marine Park Alliance representatives, we will meet up at the Marine Park Salt Marsh, also known as the Salt Marsh Nature Center, where we will have the opportunity to photograph this beautiful natural gem that actually lives in the heart of Brooklyn!
The Location: The Meet up location is the Marine Park parking lot on Avenue U.
Time: Meet up time is listed at 6am, but closer to the event, the exact Meet up time may change by a few minutes, due the timing of sunrise.
This photo walk is limited to 15 attendees. Marine Park is a delicate eco-system, so they do not allow big groups to come through.
Note: Bring your own water, wear hiking shoes or sneakers, and clothing that is good for at least 10 degrees cooler than the early morning projected temperature. Camera equipment; Tripod, or monopod, camera and a long focal length lens or zoom that covers multiple focal lengths.
Please note: What ever you bring into the Salt Marsh you must carry (no bags on wheels are permitted), so make sure you can handle it.
Travel: We will send detailed directions to those who register. If anyone is driving we will try to organize carpooling for attendees.
