WHAT EXACTLY IS A SUCCESS TEAM?
A Success Team is an Accountability Team for APA Pro Photographer members, and Emerging Photographer members. The Success Team mission is to help each member of the team identify and clarify his or her own professional goals for success and accomplish the aspired goals through encouragement, feedback, support and mutual accountability. Success Teams stimulate dialogue among thinking, proactive, committed APA photographers, encouraging team members to share ideas, experiences, successes and challenges, as a means of fostering individual and collective achievement. APA National President, Theresa Raffetto, and APA New York Board Member (and long-time Success Team member), Tony Gale, will be on hand to answer all of your questions about being on a success team.

If you do not meet all of the following prerequisites, please do not apply for the Success Team Program:
APA Emerging (EMG) Photographer or APA Professional Photographer (PHO) Member
EMG or PHO Member of APA LA, APA SF, APA CH or APA NY (currently not available anywhere else)
Full-time professional photographer with verifiable client list, portfolio, and website
You must be self-motivated to setting and achieving your own career goals
You must be self-motivated to continually contribute to your teammates’ progress
You must be committed to doing the hard work necessary for a successful photo career
